Hygiene Service Technician (Cleaner Driver)

About the role
Join Initial Hygiene as a Hygiene Service Technician and enjoy the freedom of the road, a flexible schedule and the satisfaction of delivering clean, well‑maintained washrooms to clients across Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Provide and maintain washroom hygiene services, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Drive a fully‑maintained company van to client sites, often covering long distances.
- Use a mobile app/tablet to record service activities and communicate with internal teams.
- Adhere to client and company safety standards at all times.
Required profile
- Current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Eligibility to work full‑time in Australia.
- Experience in cleaning or a related industry.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and clear oral/written communication.
- Physically fit, able to work autonomously and handle long‑distance travel.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet performance targets.
- Willingness to complete pre‑employment medical, references and police checks.
