Hybrid GP & Specialist Sales Representative (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

Ego Pharmaceuticals, represented by Randstad Life Sciences, is looking for a hybrid GP and Specialist Sales Representative to cover a key territory in northern Sydney, the inner west and southern NSW (Chatswood, Mosman, Manly, Ryde, North Sydney, Wahroonga, Homebush, with occasional regional travel to Wagga Wagga, Griffith and Young). This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity leave cover. The role acts as a brand ambassador for Ego's dermatological portfolio, working with healthcare professionals and community pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based product education sessions to GPs, dermatologists, practice nurses and specialist clinic staff
• Build and nurture commercial partnerships with community pharmacy accounts to drive ranging, visibility and sell-through
• Plan weekly and monthly journey cycles to cover metropolitan and regional accounts efficiently
• Represent Ego at medical educational meetings, industry seminars and trade shows

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience across GP and specialist networks is highly regarded; pharmaceutical or healthcare background preferred
• Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
• Ability to present clearly and build relationships with medical professionals
