HVAC Project Manager - $8M Commercial Project

About the role

A well-established Australian mechanical HVAC contractor, working across commercial and residential sectors, is looking for an HVAC Project Manager to join the business at an exciting time. The role starts by managing an $8M project in North Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from award through to commissioning and handover
• Manage project programmes, budgets, cost forecasts and commercial performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, site activities, procurement and commissioning works
• Ensure WHS, QA and regulatory compliance across all project sites
• Provide technical and engineering leadership to optimise design, installation and performance outcomes
• Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships, including progress reporting, variations and risk management

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience delivering commercial HVAC and mechanical projects as Mechanical Project Manager, HVAC Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Construction Management are welcome
