Human Resources Generalist – Sydney

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our Sydney team. You will take full ownership of day‑to‑day HR administration and support the business in attracting and retaining talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – on‑boarding, off‑boarding and related documentation.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes and partner with hiring managers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external HR enquiries.
• Provide guidance to people leaders on HR policies, employee relations and performance matters.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards and other documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR generalist role with operational responsibilities.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of Australian Fair Work legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
