Human Resources Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join Marriott International’s multi‑property HR team in Perth and lead talent acquisition across several hotel brands, including Courtyard, Four Points, Westin and Aloft. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, while providing day‑to‑day HR administration support.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for all properties, building proactive talent pools for high‑volume and critical roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and talent pools.
• Prepare contracts, coordinate onboarding and manage the employee life‑cycle in partnership with the HR team.
• Handle HR administration tasks and act as the first point of contact for general enquiries.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure service excellence for internal customers.
• Support TakeCare (workplace culture) events and activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and referrals.
• Self‑motivated, driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a can‑do attitude and smart problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media applications for recruitment.
