Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Smithfield, Sydney. This hybrid position requires 2-3 days on‑site each week and offers the opportunity to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end interview logistics, including calendar management and candidate communication.
• Support HR operations activities such as employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Handle insurance‑related administration, including policy renewals, maintenance, and coordination with providers.
• Manage vendor relationships, covering onboarding, contract coordination, invoice tracking, and performance follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Experience in interview coordination and recruitment support.
• Strong exposure to HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience managing insurance renewals and policy maintenance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
