Human Resources Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

Join a globally recognised HR and Employment Relations leader as a Human Resources Coordinator. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will support clients with workplace regulations and develop your HR expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, modify and review Employment Relations documents.
• Liaise with a diverse client base via telephone and email, providing advice on current ER needs.
• Act as a trusted partner, translating workplace regulations into practical guidance.
• Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Experience in HR administration or a leadership role in a customer‑centric industry such as hospitality or retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for learning, a “can‑do” attitude and a desire to change career direction.
• Understanding of HR principles; a formal HR qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
