Human Resources Business Partner – Perth

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner to join a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven renewable energy company in Perth’s CBD. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will act as a trusted HR partner, delivering end‑to‑end people initiatives that support sustainable growth and a values‑led culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support across the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and off‑boarding.
• Partner with leaders to coach, guide and develop people capability.
• Design and implement people programmes aligned with business priorities.
• Manage employee‑relations matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and compliance.
• Assist with workforce planning, capability development and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience as a generalist HR/business partner in a small, growth‑focused organisation.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ability to communicate it clearly.
• Proactive, autonomous and comfortable handling both transactional and operational HR tasks.
