Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Geely is seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Human Resources Business Partner to join its global HR team. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on delivery of HR solutions across the company’s automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for designated business functions, building trusted relationships with leaders.
• Partner with managers on organisational design, workforce planning and people strategies, providing balanced HR advice.
• Coach managers on leadership, employee management and people decisions.
• Identify workforce requirements, lead recruitment for management, specialist and critical positions, and participate in candidate assessment.
• Support succession planning, talent pipeline development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation, internal mobility, development and off‑boarding, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
• Lead HR projects, own functional HR areas or Centres of Excellence as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to align HR advice to business objectives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Hands‑on approach with a track record of delivering practical HR solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
