Human Resources Advisor – Perth (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Human Resources Advisor at Sodexo in Perth, you will manage a high volume of complex employee‑relations cases across a diverse operational portfolio. Working in a hybrid setting, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical, commercially sound guidance on performance, disciplinary, investigation and grievance matters.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end handling of employee‑relations cases, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant industrial instruments.
• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations, grievances, terminations and dispute resolution.
• Partner with leaders to balance employee risk, operational outcomes and statutory obligations.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality case documentation and reporting.
• Support the HR Advisory Manager in developing and delivering HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering solution‑focused HR/ER advice in a fast‑paced, high‑case‑load environment.
• Strong judgment, resilience and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with both skilled and non‑skilled workforces, preferably in a large multi‑site organisation.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
