Human Resources Administrator – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

Export Finance Australia is seeking a proactive Human Resources Administrator to support its Talent Acquisition team. This 18‑month fixed‑term position offers a hybrid work environment in Sydney and plays a key part in ensuring smooth recruitment and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and manage calendars for the recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and trackers for reporting.
• Assist with recruitment projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including job boards and LinkedIn.
• Keep candidate records up to date in recruitment systems.
• Manage HR team expenses, travel arrangements, and coordinate catering for events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (team assistant, coordinator, office administrator or recruitment coordinator).
• Strong attention to detail with a risk and compliance mindset.
• Confident handling of time‑sensitive and confidential data.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
