Human Resource Planning Consultant – TechnologyOne

About the role

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our growing team delivering TechnologyOne Human Resource Planning (HRP) solutions across Australia. The role is fully remote and focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting TechnologyOne HRP for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of TechnologyOne HRP modules.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide expert advice, configuration, and troubleshooting for HRP systems.
• Deliver high‑quality documentation and training to client teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Solid consulting experience with TechnologyOne HRP products.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business audiences.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
