About the role
The HSE Business Partner will champion a culture of health, safety and environmental excellence across Nationwide Group. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will drive innovative HSE initiatives that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust HSE strategies that support corporate goals.
- Provide expert guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with departments to identify risks, design preventative measures and monitor performance.
- Lead HSE training, awareness programs and continuous improvement activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a proactive safety mindset throughout the organisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HSE management within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire teams.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
