HRIS Specialist – Oracle HCM (Hybrid, Australia)

About the role

Join Abt Global Australia as an HRIS Specialist focused on Oracle HCM. You will have autonomy to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance the system, making a visible impact on HR processes and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud (Oracle Fusion) across Recruiting, Core HR, Journeys, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Security and OTBI.
• Investigate and resolve complex HRIS issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Build and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards, translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Drive system enhancements and process improvements, including testing new Oracle functionality and supporting key annual HR cycles.
• Partner with HR, Payroll and global technology teams to support integrations, governance, security, data quality, documentation and user capability.

Required profile

• Experienced HRIS professional with strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues, work independently and see solutions through to completion.
• Comfortable translating business needs into configuration and reporting outcomes.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of balancing operational priorities with longer‑term improvements.
