HR Generalist – Food, Pharma & FMCG

About the role

A growing, dynamic and innovative company in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne (near Clayton) is seeking an HR Generalist who will work closely with candidates, employees and leaders to support them across all facets of HR, especially recruitment and onboarding. The role suits an HR graduate in the early stages of their career, or someone with a safety and HR qualification, who wants to build generalist and advisory experience.

Required profile

• 1-2 years in a generalist HR role with recruitment experience, or no experience (graduates encouraged)
• Education: Human Resource Management degree with a science/engineering degree, or a science degree with an HR management qualification, or an engineering degree with an HR management qualification
• PR, Australian or New Zealand citizenship; a work visa is not sufficient
• Own car and an Australian driver's licence
• Ability to work full-time on-site, with occasional after-hours work and travel to another site
