HR Coordinator (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

Menarini Australia is seeking a part‑time HR Coordinator to support its Human Resources function during the global rollout of Workday. The role is based in Chatswood with hybrid flexibility and is designed for a candidate who can work five shorter days, ideally aligning with school hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, offer paperwork, onboarding, probation tracking and employment variation paperwork.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, support monthly payroll, and assist with performance appraisal processes.
• Provide HR advisory, track service milestones, and support HR audit projects focused on data integrity and record keeping.
• Own policy review and update processes, ensuring timely renewals.
• Drive internal communications and employee engagement on the M‑Power platform.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR Generalist experience in a small team, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device or corporate environments.
• Exposure to APAC HR activities and experience as an HRIS administrator, ideally with Workday.
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
• Demonstrated passion for accurate HR data management and policy upkeep.
• Ability to create engaging internal communications.
