HR Coordinator

About the role

Levi’s® Australia is seeking an energetic HR Coordinator to join the team on a permanent, full‑time basis. Reporting to the HR Business Partner – ANZ, you will support the HR Advisor – ANZ in delivering high‑quality HR services while ensuring consistency with corporate policies and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes, coordinating with IT, Finance, Payroll, Operations and store teams.
• Provide first‑level support for HR systems such as Workday and Tanda, and track employee data changes for payroll and benefits.
• Conduct monthly audits of Workday data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Track and manage HR case volume, meeting service‑level metrics for response and escalation times.
• Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, background and reference checks, and preparation of offer and onboarding documentation.
• Assist with general HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with HR Information Systems, specifically Workday.
• Familiarity with Tanda scheduling platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
