About the role
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our Australian HR Hub in Sydney. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and internal movements, while collaborating with our global Shared Service Centre.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with employee movements, including transfers and promotions, across the national network.
- Support Learning & Development programmes and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Act as a point of contact for HR queries, delivering a high level of customer service.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR coordination or administrative role.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or currently studying towards one.
- Strong attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Customer‑service orientation with a client‑centric approach.
- Resilient, able to balance multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a national team.
