HR Coordinator (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Sydney on a hybrid basis. The role supports the recruitment process, HR operations and vendor management, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end interview logistics, including calendar management and candidate communication.
• Support HR operations activities such as employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Handle insurance‑related administration, including policy renewals, maintenance, and coordination with providers.
• Manage vendor relationships, covering onboarding, contract coordination, invoice tracking, and performance follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Experience in interview coordination and recruitment support.
• Strong exposure to HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience managing insurance renewals and policy maintenance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Proficiency in Outlook.
• Experience with HRMS/ATS tools.
