HR Coordinator / Advisor

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position supports a leading piling and ground‑engineering contractor in Sydney. The HR Coordinator/Advisor will manage onboarding, employee administration and day‑to‑day HR operations across both site and office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate employee onboarding and maintain onboarding documentation.
• Keep employee records, documentation and compliance requirements up to date.
• Liaise with site workers and office staff to collect and manage HR information.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR coordination and general administrative support.
• Assist management with operational and people‑related tasks.
• Maintain HR systems and internal databases.

Required profile

• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in HR, administration or a similar support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Confident, proactive personality with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
