HR Business Partner (Part-Time)

About the role

Percepta is seeking a part‑time HR Business Partner to join its Campbellfield site. You will provide professional generalist HR support to client departments, helping managers navigate performance, employee relations and recruitment while aligning with the company’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR services including performance management, disciplinary and grievance handling, employee communications, training, remuneration and benefits.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Australian sites, from vacancy identification to new‑hire onboarding.
• Coach and support managers on people‑management issues, conduct investigations, exit interviews and employee counselling.
• Implement and monitor compliance with Equal Opportunity and Diversity policies.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, support salary review processes and ensure HR policies are legally compliant.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing generalist HR support in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong knowledge of performance, disciplinary, grievance and employee relations processes.
• Familiarity with recruitment workflows, job evaluation and onboarding procedures.
• Ability to conduct investigations, exit interviews and provide employee counselling.
