About the role

We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our fast‑moving creative agency. In this role you will partner with managers and employees to deliver people‑focused solutions that support our growth and maintain a vibrant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all people‑related matters.
• Support talent acquisition, career development, and performance management initiatives.
• Design and deliver an engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Maintain compliance with legislative changes, health & safety reporting, and HR policies.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and system improvements.
• Oversee office management and front‑of‑house duties to ensure a welcoming, professional environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence and coach managers.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and culture.
