HR Advisor

About the role

Revo Fitness is looking for an HR Advisor to partner with leaders across the business. You will provide practical people advice, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and help deliver a consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and maintain employment policies, monitor legislative changes and advise on compliant practices.
• Support leaders with performance management, conduct, grievances, investigations and workplace conflict resolution.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities such as probation reviews, contract changes and terminations.
• Administer learning systems, track training compliance and identify capability gaps.
• Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports and look for process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Proven experience conducting investigations and handling performance, disciplinary and termination processes.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ability to respond to legislative changes.
• Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
