About the role
The G’day Group is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented HR Advisor to join its People & Culture team. This fast‑paced, hands‑on position acts as the operational engine of HR, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR reporting across a national network of holiday parks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and overflow support to HR Business Partners in recruitment, onboarding and employee‑relations matters.
- Manage day‑to‑day HR tasks such as inbox queries, reporting, documentation and HR system updates.
- Assist with employee‑relations processes including probation reviews, performance management and investigations.
- Support leadership development programmes, training initiatives and learning‑and‑development activities.
- Oversee sponsorship, visa processes and related compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and deliver insights to aid decision‑making.
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and continuous‑improvement projects.

- Strong customer‑service mindset with pride in supporting colleagues.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
