HR Advisor

About the role

Vinarchy is seeking a confident, people‑centred HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across its Supply Chain & Operations teams. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide pragmatic HR advice, support the full employee lifecycle, and help shape a safe, respectful and high‑performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical HR advice on recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, managing routine to moderately complex cases.
• Interpret Enterprise Agreements, Awards and company policies.
• Support leaders through performance management, improvement plans and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with grievances, investigations, documentation and liaison with unions and external advisors.
• Contribute to annual performance cycles, capability initiatives and manager training.
• Support organisational change, restructures and workforce projects.
• Maintain strong HR governance, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Champion safety, wellbeing and responsible business practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a collaborative, service‑focused approach.
• Sound judgement, professionalism and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Solid understanding of contemporary HR and employee relations practices, including Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites and vineyards.
