HR Advisor – Employee Relations & Leadership Coaching

About the role

Join a small, agile HR team supporting a medium‑sized, operational workforce. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will focus on employee relations, coaching leaders and fostering a people‑first culture that values autonomy and practical decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace matters in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Lead performance management processes, including probation reviews, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Partner closely with operational leaders across multiple teams to drive performance and engagement.
• Support corporate functions with generalist HR activities as required.
• Build strong working relationships across the business, including senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to a proactive, visible and solutions‑focused HR presence.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in an HR role with strong exposure to employee relations.
• Demonstrated experience managing performance processes and handling complex ER matters.
• Confident coaching and influencing leaders at various levels of the business.
• Professional, resilient and able to maintain boundaries in a dynamic workforce.
• Proactive and personable with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
