Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort, located just north of Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW, is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you create an impact on guests so they feel at home. It is a longer-term opportunity of approximately 30+ hours per week across 5 days, with shifts usually between 8:00am and 2:00pm. Staff accommodation is not available, so the role suits local candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service accommodation and venue areas to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
• Change linen, clean cabins, replenish stock and record items in rooms
• Provide housekeeping and cleaning for all accommodation types and public areas
• Work as part of a team while also working autonomously

Required profile

• Reputation for excellent customer service and good conversation with guests
• Housekeeping experience
• Good time management and an eye for detail
• Ability to follow directions for daily tasks and expectations
• Flexible attitude to a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
• Able to work in a busy team
