Housekeeping and Site Cleaning – Drive-In Drive-Out

About the role

ESS provides multi-service support to major companies and organisations working in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. It is looking for housekeeping and mine-site cleaning staff to work at its Balranald and Ivanhoe locations on a drive-in, drive-out basis: stay on site for your roster and drive home for your time off. Meals and accommodation are included while on site.

Key responsibilities

• Clean offices, toilet blocks, tea shacks and bathrooms
• Rubbish removal and dusting, mopping and vacuuming
• Restock and clean crib huts
• Make beds

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or industrial/commercial cleaning
• Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
• Open Australian driver's licence
• Positive mindset, strong work ethic and commitment to team goals
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team

What we offer

• 14 days on, 7 days off at 10-hour days, full-time salary of $80,697 plus superannuation
• 9 days on, 5 days off at 10-hour days, full-time salary of $76,138 plus superannuation
