Housekeeper / Personal Household Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable housekeeper and personal household assistant to support a private residence in Lilyfield, Sydney. The role combines thorough cleaning, errands, and organisational tasks on a flexible part‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning of all rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom/kitchen upkeep.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and wardrobe maintenance.
• Run household errands: grocery shopping, dry‑cleaning, pharmacy pickups, post office visits, and package handling.
• Organise and declutter spaces, closets, pantries, and storage areas.
• Assist with simple meal or snack preparation.
• Coordinate service appointments for cleaners, repair technicians, and other providers.
• Maintain household inventories and restock supplies as needed.
• Implement organisational systems to keep the home efficient.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of housekeeping or personal‑assistant experience (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and discreet.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Hourly rate of $35 (AUD).
• Flexible part‑time schedule (3‑4 days a week, 3‑6 hours per day, weekdays preferred).
