About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Punthill Tuggeranong. You will help create memorable stays for corporate travellers by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our self‑contained apartments and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints, including check‑in, check‑out and during the stay.
- Report to the Hotel Manager and collaborate with the Super Host to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues creatively to maintain satisfaction.
