About the role
Join Punthill Narrabundah, an apartment‑style hotel in Canberra’s Inner South, as a Housekeeper. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be part of a small, dedicated team focused on delivering memorable guest experiences through immaculate spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain all common areas to brand standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Perform in‑stay and departure room cleans to a high standard, meeting hotel quality benchmarks.
- Monitor cleaning efficiency and quality, reporting any issues that require deep cleaning, repairs, or replacement.
- Provide regular feedback on the condition of common areas to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager.
Required profile
- Someone seeking a long‑term career in hospitality housekeeping.
- Detail‑oriented and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Team player who can collaborate with hotel staff and management.
