Housekeeper – Coolwaters, Yeppoon

About the role

Join G’day Group as a Housekeeper at the Coolwaters park in Yeppoon. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and communal areas to the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest accommodations, including making beds, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Maintain communal areas such as lounges, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following company procedures.
• Perform light to moderate lifting (up to 20 kg), kneeling, and squatting as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driver’s licence; Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children Check may be required.

• Use of standard cleaning equipment and chemicals.
