About the role

Minor Hotels is expanding its housekeeping team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort and is looking for dedicated, detail‑oriented individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, make beds, vacuum floors and clean bathrooms to high standards.
• Complete cleaning tasks within allocated hours and meet daily targets.
• Use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, with training provided.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a safe, respectful work environment.

Required profile

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, good physical fitness and stamina.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
