Hotel Porter & Concierge – Front Office

About the role

Stamford Plaza Adelaide is seeking a friendly and professional Porter/Concierge to be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will deliver warm welcomes, assist with luggage, and ensure a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage luggage, and escort them to rooms.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Coordinate taxi bookings, shuttle services, and other guest transportation needs.
• Deliver guest amenities, handle room moves, and support housekeeping, engineering, and F&B teams.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve enquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest needs.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of hotel property management systems (if mentioned in interview).
