Hotel Manager – Resort Operations Lead

About the role

Oaks Moranbah Suites is seeking an inspiring, results‑driven Hotel Manager to lead daily resort operations and elevate guest experiences. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will own performance, compliance and financial outcomes while fostering a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all resort operations, ensuring presentation standards and service excellence.
• Maintain full compliance with body corporate and strata management regulations.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Develop, inspire and empower a high‑engagement team focused on accountability.
• Identify and implement revenue‑growth initiatives and operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships with guests, owners and body corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Extensive operational and financial management experience in a hotel environment.
• Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership with a culture‑building mindset.
• Real Estate Licence preferred but not essential.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent product quality and guest satisfaction.
