Hotel Manager – Resort Operations Lead

Minor Hotels is seeking an inspiring Hotel Manager for Oaks Moranbah Suites. This position offers the chance to lead a dynamic resort, elevate guest experiences, and drive both operational excellence and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily resort operations and ensure high presentation standards.
• Maintain full compliance with body corporate and strata management regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive leadership.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Inspire, develop and empower a high‑performing team focused on engagement and accountability.
• Identify and implement revenue‑growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with guests, owners and body corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Extensive operational and financial management experience in a hotel environment.
• Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership with a track record of driving accountability and staff engagement.
• Real Estate Licence preferred but not essential.
