Oaks Moranbah Suites is seeking an inspiring and results‑driven Hotel Manager to lead daily resort operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of resort operations and presentation, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Maintain full compliance with body corporate and strata management regulations.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Inspire, develop and empower a high‑performing team, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with guests, owners and body corporate stakeholders.
• Work flexibly, including ad‑hoc weekends, to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Extensive operational and financial management experience within a hotel environment.
• Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership with a track record of driving accountability and staff engagement.
• Real Estate Licence preferred but not essential.
• Ability to start immediately.
