Hotel All-Rounder (Front Office & F&B)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Hotel All-Rounder to support both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations at Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence across the reception desk and café/bar areas.
• Handle guest check‑in, check‑out, and enquiries while promoting Accor Live Limitless membership.
• Perform a variety of hotel tasks, including selling facilities, preparing coffee and snacks, delivering food orders, and maintaining guest accounts.
• Work flexible shifts covering mornings, evenings, and weekends across a 7‑day roster.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional personal presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and resolve issues quickly.
• Valid RSA or willingness to obtain it before starting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Opera (hotel property management system) or similar PMS.
