About the role

ANZ is looking for a Home & Investment Lending Manager to join its Australia Retail team at Westfield Coomera. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their property.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the home‑loan application process and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Meet growth and loan‑originations targets set by the business.
• Develop personal lending capability through training and dedicated coaching.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate leads and improve turnaround times.
