Home & Investment Lending Manager – Brisbane

About the role

ANZ is expanding its presence in the Australian home and investment lending market and is looking for a motivated manager to join the Brisbane team. You will help customers achieve their home‑ownership goals while building a strong pipeline of new business.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers to save for, purchase and own their home or investment property.
• Build strong relationships and coach customers through the home‑loan journey.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Develop your own lending capability through training and development opportunities.
• Gain transferrable lending skills that can be applied across the bank and the wider financial services industry.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Experience in a sales role with financial targets and a pipeline of prospective business.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building expertise.
• Strong customer focus and ability to network within the community.
• Financial savvy with keen attention to detail.
• Active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
