Home & Investment Lending Executive - South Gold Coast

About the role

ANZ is recruiting Home & Investment Lending Executives across various branch locations on the Gold Coast and in Northern NSW. The role sits within ANZ's growing home and investment lending team, which is supported by marketing and activity investment to generate customer awareness and leads, and by improvements to turnaround times and service quality. The position is permanent and full time.

Key responsibilities

• Use knowledge of the local market to build strong relationships with customers and coach them through the home loan journey.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Source business independently, similar to mobile lending roles.
• Build your own lending capability with training, development and coaching support.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Experience in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a desire to build your network and promote ANZ.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to join a productive, supportive, collaborative team.

• Financial savviness with a keen attention to detail.
• Active use of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
