About the role

ANZ is expanding its home and investment lending business across Northern and Regional NSW. As a Home & Investment Lending Executive you will use your knowledge of the local market to build strong relationships, coach customers through the home‑loan journey and deliver an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of residential lending opportunities, including self‑sourced business.
• Coach customers through the home‑loan process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
• Leverage dedicated capability coaches and training programmes to build your lending expertise.
• Promote ANZ’s digital solutions and technology tools to customers.

Required profile

• Proven residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Track record in a sales role with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to network within the community.
• Attention to financial detail and comfort with technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative team player.
