About the role

ANZ is expanding its home and investment lending portfolio in Australia and is looking for a motivated Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Perth team. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, helping customers achieve their property goals while contributing to the bank’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in saving for, purchasing, and owning residential or investment properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the home‑loan journey, providing expert guidance and exceptional service.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective borrowers to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve turnaround times and service quality.
• Continuously develop personal lending capability through dedicated coaching and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lending and retail banking.
• Track record of meeting financial sales targets and building a business pipeline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivation to grow within a dynamic lending environment.
