About the role
ANZ is seeking a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its retail team across the ACT and Illawarra region. In this permanent full-time position you will guide customers through the home loan journey, build strong local relationships and contribute to the bank’s growth in the residential lending market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new home and investment loan opportunities through self-sourced business and community networking.
- Coach customers through the loan application process, ensuring a high-quality, timely experience.
- Collaborate with capability coaches and internal partners to continuously improve lending skills and service quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential lending and retail banking.
- Track record of meeting financial targets in a sales-oriented role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to promote digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
