Home & Investment Lending Assistant

About the role

As a Home & Investment Lending Assistant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will support customers throughout their journey of saving for, purchasing, and owning a home or investment property. You will work closely with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to ensure a seamless experience and foster strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to guide customers through the entire home and investment property lending process.
• Coach customers at each step, providing clear information and support to help them achieve their property goals.
• Mentor and inspire branch team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their experience with ANZ remains smooth and positive.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with experience in home lending and retail banking.
• Significant experience in financial services and a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive use of technology to educate customers about digital banking solutions.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
