Home Care Scheduler

About the role

St Vincent's @ Home is looking for a Home Care Scheduler to join its team at the Eltham Aged Care facility. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday during standard office hours, supporting clients with a strong person-centred care focus alongside other departments within care services.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule staff within a community or facility setting so that services are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Follow directives as set out in the care plan and from the coordinator.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar role scheduling staff within a community or facility.
• High level of customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• National Police Certificate issued within the last 6 months; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
• Understanding of aged care and resident rights and responsibilities.
• Certificate or diploma in Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable).
