Health & Physical Education Teacher (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are establishing a pool of Health and Physical Education teachers for permanent and fixed‑term, full‑time and part‑time positions that may arise during the 2027 school year at Halls Head College. The role involves delivering engaging HPE lessons, contributing to curriculum development and supporting the school’s vision of learning for life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality, student‑focused Health and Physical Education lessons across year levels.
• Collaborate with staff and the wider community to enrich the HPE curriculum and promote the school’s strategic directions.
• Provide coaching and sport‑related expertise, including maintaining relevant coaching accreditations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Health and Physical Education, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Experience in coaching at or above association level with appropriate accreditation is strongly encouraged.
• Commitment to student wellbeing, relationship‑focused teaching and continuous professional improvement.
