Health & Medicine Assessment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for experienced medical and health‑science professionals to create and verify high‑quality multiple‑choice assessment content for an AI research initiative. The work is fully remote, asynchronous, and requires a strong command of graduate‑level medical knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Author original, challenging MCQs across a wide range of health and medicine domains.
• Ensure each question is self‑contained, unambiguous, and includes one correct answer plus nine plausible distractors.
• Rate difficulty (Medium, Hard, Expert) and provide step‑by‑step chain‑of‑thought solutions in Markdown.
• Supply 1–5 peer‑reviewed references for each question.
• Review pre‑written questions, flag clarity or accuracy issues, edit as needed, and document changes.

Required profile

• MD, DO, PhD, or doctoral candidate in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree may be considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific sub‑domain.
• Strong clinical reasoning, research methodology, and ability to write clear academic English.
• Board certification, clinical experience, or research publications are a strong plus.

Required skills

• Markdown formatting for solution write‑ups.

What we offer

• Flexible commitment of 10+ hours per week.
• Hourly rate between USD 40 and USD 90.
