Head of Sales & Solutions - Retail Software

About the role

A fast-growing Australian logistics software company, recognised as one of the country's hottest start-ups, is hiring a Head of Sales & Solutions to join its leadership team. Based in Surry Hills, the client's software and delivery-as-a-service solution powers delivery experiences for major retailers such as Sephora, Topshop, Glue Store, Harvey Norman and The Academy Brand. The role suits an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager with a track record of hitting targets, leading a small inside sales team and mentoring it.

Key responsibilities

• Create new sales processes and establish a sales culture within the organisation
• Acquire new business from the enterprise market using a consultative approach with new and existing clients
• Provide frontline leadership so sales executives are proficient in selling the solution
• Manage administrative and reporting tools to improve the sales team's effectiveness
• Work closely with the founding team so the whole business works toward common goals

Required profile

• 3-5 years in B2B/enterprise software sales and people management
• Experience in cloud, e-commerce, SaaS, managed services or logistics software sold to the retail market
• Ability to sell to all levels of business, particularly enterprise
