Head of Marketing

About the role

Quantaco, an Australian data‑driven technology company transforming hospitality, is seeking a commercial and creative Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build a high‑performing team and own the commercial engine that drives pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute a GTM strategy aligned to revenue goals, including pricing, segment prioritisation and product‑driven positioning.
• Build and manage a multi‑channel marketing funnel, setting targets for pipeline contribution and conversion.
• Own brand positioning, creative output and a modern SEO/AI optimisation content strategy.
• Drive customer retention and expansion initiatives to grow existing accounts.
• Hire, develop and lead a data‑driven marketing team, including offshore resources.
• Analyse pipeline health and conversion metrics to forecast revenue and report to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Seasoned B2B SaaS or services marketing leader with experience scaling teams and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Proven “player‑coach” ability to lead strategically while contributing hands‑on.
• Data‑driven, curious and creative mindset with a passion for testing and scaling.
• Ability to quickly learn new verticals, hospitality experience a plus but not required.
